I'M CORY

I’ve always had a passion for Lean, Continuous Improvement, and World Class Manufacturing!

As a Lean Expert, I use my experience and understanding of Process Improvement, Employee Engagement and my passion for driving myself to be the best, but companies, both small and medium size businesses to improve their bottom line.

My courses will help you in your Lean Journey, Starting from what to do Day 1 to Advanced Courses that improve company culture and improve the bottom line results!

MY STORY

The son of strict well-meaning parents, I grew up thinking that I had only one choice in life. Go to school, get a good job, and build a stable life for myself. I am a father of 2 amazing kids! I started my career as an Industrial Engineer, and started to Learn Lean Manufacturing out of school and soon began laser focused on learning more about it!

I embarked on the ultimate journey of self-discovery on Lean Manufacturing and I learned that once you stepped into it, there was no turning back. I gained SOO much knowledge through out my career!
